Cutting edge structure: blade length 0.2mm, avoidance 0.2mm, neck diameter 0.16mm, suitable for deep and narrow groove processing.

Clamping specification: shank diameter 4mm, total length 50mm, suitable for ER-11 chuck. Flute design: two edges, balancing cutting efficiency and chip removal capacity.

(2) Coating characteristics:

AlTiN coating: Compatible with steel/stainless steel/cast iron, strong versatility.

AlTiSiN coating: high-temperature resistant non-stick knife, suitable for materials within 60 degrees such as alloy steel/carbon steel/tool steel/stainless steel.

Uncoated applicable materials: 6061/7075 aluminum alloy, die-cast aluminum, aluminum profile, brass/copper, pure aluminum/soft aluminum, PVC, nylon, cork/thin wood.

(3) Risk warning Risk of tool breakage: When the diameter is <0.5mm, the lateral full-edge cutting needs to be disabled (the recommended radial depth of cut ≤ 0.05mm).

Coating maintenance: Clean the cutting edge debris every 20 minutes, and wipe with alcohol to prevent chemical corrosion

Cooling requirements: forced air cooling when processing high-silicon aluminum to avoid aluminum chips melting
